0165(2)(b) In the front living room, dining room and second living room - there are three window blinds that are accessible to children. 0165(2)(c) multiple electrical cords are accessible to children in the living room and kitchen area. 0165(2)(d) in the kitchen area had plastic bags are accessible. In the outdoor - a plastic tarp and bags were accessible to children. 0165(2)(f) in the kitchen area - a siding glass door doesn't have stickers or art work at children's eye level to prevent children from walking into or through the glass door. 0165(3)(e) in the outdoor - irrigation hoses were accessible to children and it is a tripping hazard. 0165(3)(f) in the child care room - 3 shelves need to be secure from preventing to fall on children. 0165(3)(g) in the outdoor had some flaking paint accessible to children. 0165(4)(c) in the bathroom - there were 4 light bulbs that need to be shatter-resistant. 0165(5)(a) in the dining room, second living room and child care room - there are 8 electrical outlet that need to be tamper-resistant or have blank plates not easy to remove. 0165(5)(b) in the bathroom - the electrical outlet near the sink needs to be tamper-resistant and equipped with ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) outlet type.
